Milwaukee Day

April 14 @ 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

“HAPPY MILWAUKEE DAY TO ALL WHO CELEBRATE AND EVEN MORE SO TO THOSE THAT DO NOT!”

Founded in 2010 by local legend Andy Silverman, and written into history by proclamation by Chris Abele and later the Governor himself, Milwaukee Day is to be celebrated by globally by all peoples who understand that the 414 is the greatest in all the land.

While Milwaukee should be celebrated every day, there’s an annual citywide celebration dedicated to it. Since 2010, “Milwaukee Day” has been celebrated on April 14 since it has the same digits as the city’s area code, 414. DUH.

“It’s a day for all to celebrate all the incredible art, sports, education, culture and community and much more that makes Milwaukee one of the most beautiful cities in the nation in which to not only live and work but also to play.”

The Cooperage will be the hub of said festivities this year with performances from a litany of our finest in local music, art, vendors, food and more… and what better place than on the world’s most iconic lakefront underneath the Hoan Bridge, lit up in our cities colors.

SO LET US CELEBRATE! HAPPY MILWAUKEE DAY!!
