Each session includes 30 minutes of super chill, sure to be slightly spontaneous yoga followed by 30 minutes of mingling with the baby goats…. we’ll even help you achieve those photo worthy poses!

Being around animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support and boost your mood…. and baby goats are really damn cute!
